Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day no-quibble money back guarantee. We ask that you please return any item(s) to us in its original condition, unworn with all labels intact and within 7 days of receipt. Only if this criterion is met will you be entitled to a full refund or exchange as applicable.

Please note: we do not offer a free returns service. All return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return any item(s) to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery (1st or 2nd class). Whilst you can return item(s) via standard Royal Mail post, we take no responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. Furthermore, we ask that you retain all proof of postage, as well as keeping a note of any relevant tracking information for your item(s). We ask that you please have this information readily available whenever you contact us with regards to your return, as this will make it easier to trace your item(s).

We offer free outgoing postage on any exchange. This free postage only applies to an item of the same style being exchanged for a different size, leg length or colour.

If you need to return an item to us, we kindly ask that you first email admin@golfoutfit.co.uk stating if you require a refund or exchange, whilst also stating clearly the reason for the return. The Golf Outfit will then authorise the item(s) to be returned and provide you with the correct returns address to send your item(s) to.

Please note: If you wish to return any items that have been purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, your refund will reflect the number of items that you eventually return to us. If you only return one item and therefore your order no longer meets the conditions of the original offer, you will be charged the full RRP for the pieces that you have kept. This will be reflected in the final amount of items that you eventually decde to keep.

We will contact you to confirm that your return has been received by us and in the expected condition and that a full refund/exchange is due. Any refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order. If the item was bought for you as a gift then you should ask the original purchaser to return the item to us so that we can refund them directly.
