Returns Policy

For Domestic Orders -

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Golf Outfit, we offer a 14-day no-quibble money-back guarantee.

We ask that any item(s) that is returned to us is done so unworn, in its original packaging and with all of the labels/hangtags still attached. Only if all of these conditions are met will you be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a free returns service unless your original order was over £175. All return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. When issuing a refund for an order, we will also not reimburse for the original shipping charges attached to that order.

We recommend that you return any item(s) to us using a tracked delivery method, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. Whilst you can return item(s) via a standard untracked service, we can accept no responsibility for any parcel that is lost in transit. We do not recommend the use of a Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

We ask that you retain all proof of postage, as well as keeping a note of any relevant tracking information for your item(s) and that you have this information readily available whenever you contact us with regards to your return or exchange.

When exchanging an item, we offer free outgoing postage. This free postage will only apply when an item is being exchanged for the same piece in a different size, leg length or colour.

You can return item(s) to us by using the address that is included on the reverse of the invoice included with your order. If you no longer have this, then please email us via admin@sealgolf.co.uk to request this information.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to return any items that have been purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, your refund will reflect the number of items that you decide to keep. If your order no longer meets the conditions of the original offer after you have returned an item(s) to us, you will be charged the full RRP for the pieces that you have kept.

We will contact you to confirm that your returned item(s) has been received by us, in the expected condition, and that a full refund/exchange will now be processed. Any refund will be made via the same payment method that was used when placing the original order. If the item was bought for you as a gift then you should ask the original purchaser to return the item(s) to us so that we can refund them directly.

Return of BOGOF or Buy 'x', get 'y' items -

In the case of returning for a refund the HIGHER priced item, but keeping the FREE, lower priced item: you will receive a refund amounting to the difference between the higher priced item and the lower priced item that is being kept.

In the case of returning for a refund the FREE item, but keeping the HIGHER priced item: no refund will be due. We recommend that you find a suitable item to exchange for to maintain your original discount, as you can upgrade the value of the lowest priced item up to and including the value of the original, higher priced item.

In the case of multiple items of different values, in order to process any refund fairly, we will take the order that the items appear in your basket as the way of calculating the qualifying HIGHER and LOWER priced items.

 

For International Orders -

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges on any international orders. We will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the specified terms regarding the shipping of orders internationally before dispatching.
